3D Scanning

Simple, Fast Digitization of Real-World Objects

3D scanning makes it easier and faster to convert complex real-world objects into a systematic, digital form as CAD, BIM, and mesh models.

Large Buildings Captured Within Minutes

Measuring large buildings or production halls with conventional methods takes several weeks and usually still contains errors. Within minutes, precise, photorealistic point clouds of objects are created. In addition, 360° panorama images are captured at every scan point.

2D and 3D Plans for As-Built Drawings, Renovations, and More

Thanks to laser scanning technology, measurements of varying complexity and size can be carried out. The Scene and AsBuilt for Revit software, designed specifically for the scanner, enables BIM-compliant processing and evaluation of the point clouds. Using the point cloud data and the panorama images, after post-processing, 2D or 3D models can be developed for as-built drawings, renovations, and revitalizations, as well as for deriving components, geometries, and much more.

Advantages of 3D Scanning

  • Fast Data Capture
  • Missing Measurements Are a Thing of the Past
  • Error Prevention Through Precise Recording
  • Modeling Parameters Adapted to Project Requirements
